Construction Hoist Elevator Description
Construction hoist is composed of car, driving mechanism, standard section, attached wall, chassis, fence, electrical system and other parts. It is a manned cargo construction machinery frequently used in buildings. Because of its unique box structure, it is comfortable and safe to ride. Construction elevator is usually used with tower crane on the construction site. The load capacity is 2000kg, and the running speed is 0–36 m/min.. China's construction lifts are becoming more and more mature and gradually moving towards the international arena.
Construction Hoist Elevator Production and Materials
KANGBO implements the true modular design of rack and pinion
hoists, standardization and fine finishing of lifts parts and spare
parts, and assembly line production. The material elevator
components are versatile and universal.
The construction material elevator structural parts are made of
16Mn and Q345 high strength steel.
The construction lift cage roof is made by a full steel plate, and
the edges are totally welded, to ensure no water leakage and high
strength.
Construction Hoist Elevator Standard Configuration
There is a electrical small crane available to facilitate the
assembly of the construction elevator.
There is the additional 'C' door at cage side for convenient
loading/unloading.
Available in single or twin hoist cage configuration.
The construction rack and pinion elevators are Variable Frequency
Drive (VFD), with low starting current and much less wear and tear,
very smooth starting and stopping.
Manual or Automatic Controls of the hoist is optional.
There is LED lighting inside construction elevator car.
